20-30-104. Advisory council -- duties -- organization -- compensation. (1) The advisory council shall advise the department of policies, rules, and procedures necessary for carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
     (2) The council's organization, meetings, quorum, and compensation are as provided in 2-15-122.
