     20-30-403. Violations -- criminal -- penalty. Any person, group, or entity or any owner, officer, agent, or employee thereof who shall willfully violate the provisions of 20-30-203 or who shall willfully fail or refuse to deposit with the department the records required by 20-30-105 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of said sections shall be a separate violation. Such criminal sanctions may be imposed by a court of competent jurisdiction in an action brought by the county attorney.
