     53-21-136. (Temporary) Compliance with treatment plan. If the respondent fails to comply or clearly refuses to comply with all or part of the treatment plan, the professional person appointed under 53-21-122 shall make all reasonable efforts to solicit the respondent's compliance. Such effort must be documented and reported to the court with a recommendation to the court as to whether the respondent should:
     (1) have his case dismissed; or
     (2) be given a supplemental hearing. (Terminates July 1, 1997--sec. 1, Ch. 541, L. 1989.)
