     17-5-612. Architect and construction and design. Upon the sale of the bonds, the board of examiners is hereby empowered and directed to employ architects to prepare plans and specifications and to proceed with the erection of buildings of suitable construction and design for use as employment security commission buildings within the limitations prescribed by the United States department of labor, manpower administration, and the United States secretary of labor.
