     17-5-613. Bids and contractor's bond. The board of examiners shall call for bids for the construction of said buildings and for the landscaping and paving around them and let contracts for the same, all in accordance with the laws of Montana. Said board shall require each prime contractor to give bond to the state in such amount as the board may determine, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties and contracts.
