     17-6-509. (Temporary) Job investment administrative account. There is a job investment administrative account in the state special revenue fund. The department shall deposit up to 20% of interest payments on job investment loans into the account. Money in the account must be used to pay the costs of administering this part, including personnel costs, operating costs, and administrative costs.

     17-6-509. (Effective July 1, 1999) Job investment administrative account. There is a job investment administrative account in the state special revenue fund. Interest payments must be deposited into the coal severance tax income fund established in 17-5-703.
