When Department Of Justice To Order Hearing

44-1-704. When department of justice to order hearing. When charges are filed and the department of justice believes that such charge or charges constitute grounds for suspension, demotion, or discharge, it shall order a hearing to be had thereon before it and fix a time for such hearing.
