33-22-1301. (Temporary) Short title -- purpose. This part may be cited as the "Montana Reinsurance Association Act". The purpose of this act is to establish a Montana-based public reinsurance program in order to stabilize the individual health insurance market, maintain competition, and reduce premiums.
