35-1-544. (Temporary) Stay of proceedings. If the corporation begins an inquiry into the allegations made in the demand or complaint, the court may stay any derivative proceeding for the period the court considers appropriate. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
