35-1-1315. (Temporary) Rulemaking authority and use of forms prescribed by secretary of state. The secretary of state may prescribe by rule a standard form for materials required to be filed with the secretary of state pursuant to Title 35. If the secretary of state prescribes a standard form pursuant to this section, the entity filing the form shall use the prescribed form.
