A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT repealing provisions related to prohibitions concerning the ability to enter into, amend, or enforce certain covenants, conditions, or restrictions by a homeowners' association, including an association of condominium, townhoME, or townhoUSE owners under the unit ownership act; and REPEALING SECTIONS 70-17-901 AND 70-23-507, MCA."

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

 

NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:

70-17-901.        Homeowners' association restrictions -- real property rights.

70-23-507.        Restriction on covenants by association of unit owners.
