Penalty For Moving Mobile Home, Manufactured Home, Or Housetrailer On Which Taxes Due

15-24-208. Penalty for moving mobile home, manufactured home, or housetrailer on which taxes due. Any person who moves a mobile home, manufactured home, or housetrailer on which property taxes are unpaid is guilty of a misdemeanor.
