Commencement Of Week Of Unemployment

39-51-2102. Commencement of week of unemployment. An individual's week of unemployment commences only after the individual files a claim for unemployment insurance benefits with the unemployment insurance division and has registered for work with the individual's local job service, except as the department may by rule otherwise prescribe.
