Part 4. Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act

Prior Executed And Recorded Beneficiary Deed

72-6-417. Prior executed and recorded beneficiary deed. Any beneficiary deed that was executed and recorded prior to October 1, 2019, and which complied with the law in effect when it was recorded, shall be deemed to be a transfer on death deed for the purposes of this part.
