The Legislative Information Technology Planning Council will hold a remote meeting on July 16, 2020 from 1:00 – 4:30.

An agenda and other meeting materials are now available on the ITPC’s website at: https://leg.mt.gov/committees/interim/2019itpc/. This meeting is open to the public. Members of the public who wish to attend may call or email Lindsey Krywaruchka at 406-444-3590 or lkrywaruchka@mt.gov to receive information on how to join the meeting. Written public comment via email in advance of the meeting is also welcome and will be provided to committee members.

A time will be provided for oral public comment on the agenda. At that time, members of the public who join may “raise their hand” and participate after being recognized by the presiding officer or the meeting host. Comments will be taken in order.

Any oral or written public comment provided to the committee is a public record that is recorded, archived, and available on the web.

The meeting will be streamed live on www.leg.mt.gov and broadcast on the Montana Public Affairs Network (MPAN) if you wish to view only. An archived recording of the meeting will also be made immediately available on www.leg.mt.gov.
