The combined SB 310 Steering Committee and the Legislative Council Subcommittee on Legislative Week met on November 15, 2019 to discuss logistics for both the SB 310 study and Legislative Week.  

• Public Comment will be incorporated into the Tuesday, January 14, 2020, and Wednesday, January 15, 2020, Training Sessions.  The other legislative committees will have public comment as regularly scheduled.
• During Legislative Week on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m., the SB 310 Steering Committee will be asking for Legislator comments and public comment on the topics in the SB 310 study of strengthening the Legislature and its Budget Processes, including: biennial and annual sessions and budgets, better integration of policy and budget during the session and the interim, and the restructuring of the session calendar.
