The subcommittee will discuss a draft bill on special education funding as well as funding for older special education students, educational costs for children served in state psychiatric treatment facilities and the Significant Needs Grant Program. The Office of Public Instruction will provide updates on distribution of CARES Act funding and other items related to COVID-19 impact on schools.
