Four Proposed Rules Changes for Consideration

There will be a Joint Rules Committee meeting for Thursday, September 24 at 11 a.m.  This will be a hybrid meeting held out of Room 317 in the State Capitol and through Zoom. 

As directed by the House Rules Committee and members of the Senate Rules Committee in attendance, four proposals were mailed to all legislators seeking their comments.  The proposals have been posted to the meeting materials page.

Comments will be provided to the committee members prior to the meeting.   The four proposals and public comment will be on the agenda for the meeting.

Public participation:  These are public meetings. If you wish to view only, the meeting will be streamed live on leg.mt.gov and broadcast on the Montana Public Affairs Network (MPAN). If you want to participate, please email Susan Fox at sfox@mt.gov with your name and a request, and you will be sent conference call information to participate. A time will be provided for oral public comment on the agenda.
