Check your confirmation email and verify your request was sent by NOON the day before the Committee is scheduled. If your request was sent by NOON the day before the scheduled meeting the zoom link should be received by 5PM the day before the bill hearing.

Check your junk folder in case the reply didn't make it to your inbox.

If you did submit by the NOON deadline and have not received anything contact the Information Desk for further assistance at (406) 444-4800 .

Please note: The noon deadline for requesting to testify has been extended. From April 23rd through the end of session - requests to testify may be submitted until 5pm. 

If you did not meet the applicable deadline, you will not be able to testify. You can still watch online and submit comments via our Information desk, by using the online form, or by testifying in person.

  • Proponents: For the passage of the bill or resolution
  • Opponents: Against the passage of the bill or resolution
  • Informational witnesses: Testify solely for the purpose of providing information relevant to the proposed bill or resolution, provide facts and data about what is being addressed

All hearings are video streamed live or on-demand from leg.mt.gov

Members of the public who provide testimony are expected to remain in the hearing until the Chair has closed the hearing on that bill.
