HJR 23 Study: Disaster and Emergency Recovery and Response Effort
House Joint Resolution 23 was an interim study bill introduced later in the 2023 Legislative Session but ultimately died in process. The 2023-2024 State Administrative and Veterans' Affairs (SAVA) committee chose to take up the study as a committee topic for their interim and created a subcommittee to further study the topic.
